Tyga & Rick Ross – Dope | Music Video

West coast native, YMCMB’s, Tyga, returns today with a dope set of visuals for his aptly titled track, “Dope”. The track finds Tyga linking up with Rick Ross for something rather, not to sound redundant but, dope.
The clip plays out like a mini movie, set to the sounds of “Dope”, in which Tyga and Rick Ross hit the streets and pull of a series of crime; gettin’ to the money When the fellas aren’t pulling off the crimes of the century, they take their time to show off their lavish spending habits while showing off their rap skills. Check out the video after the jump and let us know what you think.

Lil Wayne Is "Staring at the World" On New Song

Lil Wayne is in full album promotion mode for I Am Not a Human Being II. He's already released "No Worries", "Rich As F***" featuring 2 Chainz, and "B****es Love Me" with Drake gracing the hook. His newest single, "Staring at the World" finds Tunechi back on auto-tune with his usual myriad of larger than life punchlines at best. But don't think for one second that Wayne cares what you think of him, auto-tune, outfits, or not. It hasn't been confirmed if this single will make the album cut.
Wayne is also preparing to hit the road on a 15-date European tour with Mac Miller and 2 Chainz kicking off in March.
Back in November, he spoke with MTV News about his relationship with 2 Chainz. "I knew Chainz so long, before I knew he was rapping," Wayne told MTV News Sway Calloway after premiering his "No Worries" video. "When he came with his song, I gave him that 'Duffle Bag Boy' hook, and history from there," Weezy explained of their first 2007 collaboration back when 2 Chainz was a part of the group Playaz Circle.

Nicki Minaj rejects American Idol contestant for wearing same eyeshadow

Mariah Carey has slammed Nicki Minaj after she rejected a contestant on American Idol for wearing the same colour eyeshadow as her.
The two divas feuded on air after the Beauty and a Beat hitmaker admitted she snubbed Stephanie Schimel because she chose the same shade of eyeshadow.
Judges Mariah, 42, Randy Jackson, 56, and Keith Urban, 45, praised the 20-year-old hopeful for her rendition of I Dreamed A Dream, with Nicki being the only one not to vote her through.
Initially, she said: "I thought your voice is pretty, you are pretty, but nothing jumped at me. We have seen such magnetic things today and I don't think you compared to what we have seen today.
"I do not think you feel like a star. You are not giving me that thing. I do not feel it."
However, when Stephanie was put through to the Chicago leg of the show's auditions, Nicki, 30, revealed the real reason for her snub - they were wearing the same colour pink eyeshadow.
"We have a rivalry and that is why I said no," the rapper admitted.
Mariah couldn't believe the rejection, and it sparked a row between the pair.
"This is what I deal with, this is what I deal with when I come into my job," she said.

The singer then tried to calm Nicki down as the feud threatened to reach boiling point.
However Nicki, talking on The Ellen DeGeneres show, has recently claimed the rivalry has ended since the auditions were filmed.
"We're fine," she said. "I cannot hold a grudge against Mariah Carey. I don't know if she's gotten over it but I have."

Small town Binbrook welcomes big star Drake

If you’re an international pop star hoping to find some privacy to film a video, don’t do it in a small town like Binbrook.
Word travels fast.
Toronto-born hip-hop star Drake was looking for a location to shoot a video for one of his new songs. It had to be in a drugstore, a Shoppers Drug Mart, one out of the way where a pop superstar wouldn’t draw too much attention.
The head office recommended the Shoppers Drug Mart in Binbrook, a country hamlet on the southeast outskirts of Hamilton. It made sense, especially since one of Drake’s best friends lives in Hamilton. Matthew “OB” Brien is a Hamilton rapper who is a regular collaborator with Drake. He’s got a part in the new Drake video.

It didn’t take long, however, for word to leak out in Binbrook.               Click here to watch Video

“I’m playing a Hamilton employee of a Shoppers Drug Mart,” Brien said Thursday morning after word leaked out about the Binbrook shoot. “We just did a shoot for the first scenes in Toronto (on Tuesday). And they said, ‘Yo come to Hamilton.’ I just learned about it last night.”
By Wednesday night, Binbrook Facebookers were abuzz with the news that Drake was coming to town.
By Thursday at 9 p.m., several hundred Drake fans were huddled together under the falling snow at the entrance of the Binbrook Shoppers Drug Mart, hoping to get a glimpse of the pop star. There were more than a half dozen production trucks in the lot.
“Whoops” were raised every time an Escalade entered the parking lot, but Drake was not expected to enter until late, after The Spectator’ publication deadline.
Ivan Bujan, who lives within walking distance of the Binbrook drugstore, said he came when his two granddaughters, Ashley, 16, and Erica, 14, called him to let him know they were in town. Ashley and Erica live in east Hamilton.
“Drake is awesome,” said Ashley, as she waited at the front doors of the store. “He’s Canadian and I always support Canadian artists.”
Across the street at The Bin pub and restaurant, business was brisk. You could see the entrance of the drugstore through the pub’s windows. Young girls stood inside the front doors monitoring the action across the street. Others ordered wings.
“We got a booking (Wednesday) for 40 people,” said Karen Roache, manager of The Bin. “It was the production crew. They were going to do the catering themselves. But they cancelled when word leaked out that Drake might be here.”
